I occasionally make sushi rolls at home, and I found that okinomiyaki sauce makes a great topping on the inside-out rolls (I forget what they're called). Just drizzle it back and forth across the top when it's done! I like the sauce!

I am quite hungry now. My girlfriend makes okonomiyaki at home and uses a whole lot of cabbage after a cooking show she saw with her mother before she came here from Japan. I am a big fan of the sauce, though it is a delicate balance.. too much can quickly be overwhelming in my opinion. Thanks for sharing!! いいなあ。美味しいそうだ。
