Recently I just got back from hanging out at the Earth Embassy in Yamanashi, an organic farm and sustainable learning center run by Jake Reiner. The food I ate there was mostly grown on the farm and was absolutely delicious. Since coming back to Tokyo I have really noticed how bad the vegetables and general quality of food is here. I panic if it ain’t organic.
