Yep, 流す is for flow..

I am part of a martial arts dojo named 月影流　－　つき かげ りゅう.

"Moon Shadow Tradition". In this instance the flow is the trandition being handed down and the 'moon shadow' is a reference to the mindset we try to achieve through practice.

Lovely stuff. I honestly didn't know that a sink is 流し. That can be used as a verb, too, right? 流す・・・

This is a really nice list. Lots of handy words there!

I noticed that the kanji is wrong for かいだん. It should be 階段 (I make these kinds of typing mistakes a lot, too).

...and a couple other handy things to know:
- うち is another common reading for 家
- お風呂 (おふろ) is another common word for bathtub.

Useful list! Another good word I learned when apartment hunting is 間取り, (まどり）, layout or room plan.

Minor correction - stairs should be 階段, rather than 会談.
